With scenic views, three bedrooms plus a futon, and amenities like a private hot tub and fire pit, this cabin is designed for families, couples, friend groups, and nature lovers. Enjoy the safety of a quiet community setting, the flexibility to bring up to two dogs (with daily fee), and convenient access to local parks, attractions, and outdoor adventures. The level parking and stocked kitchen make your stay easy year-round, while the wraparound deck and spacious grounds invite relaxation and connection. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The road leading to this home is moderately steep in some places and gravel. While accessing the home in spring, summer, and fall seasons should be a breeze, 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter months. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

Policies and Rules

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is pet friendly to two mature, well-trained dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet fee: $25 per day, per dog (maximum two mature, well-trained dogs).
  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit can be purchased for $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. There is no refund for unused firewood. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions.

  • This home offers ample level parking on a paved surface.

  • Towels and linens will be provided for you.

  • Cooking basics, stove, and oven are provided. Well-stocked kitchen with basic dishes, silverware, microwave/convection oven, and refrigerator.
  • There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
